Mission & Purpose: To improve the quality of life for the people of Linn County, Iowa. The foundation continues the legacy of the Hall and Perrine families by supporting the cultural, economic, and social fabric of Cedar Rapids.

Broad Funding Guidelines: Grantmaking is strictly limited to Linn County, Iowa (Cedar Rapids area). They are a traditional, "bricks and mortar" funder. They prioritize Capital Projects for Health, Human Services, Education, and the Arts. They generally fund established 501(c)(3) organizations with strong local boards. They have a rolling application process and review grants frequently.
