Mission & Purpose: To improve the quality of life in Chattanooga, Tennessee and the surrounding region. The foundation invests in the revitalization of the city, the conservation of nature, and the promotion of the arts.

Broad Funding Guidelines: Grantmaking is focused on Chattanooga and the surrounding 16-county region (including parts of GA and AL). Their primary areas are Conservation, Parks & Recreation, Arts & Culture, and Urban Design. They are a "place-based" funder that cares deeply about the physical look and feel of the city.
