Mission & Purpose: To improve the quality of life for the people of Oregon. The foundation exists to support Oregonians by investing in arts, children/youth, education, environment, health, and science.

They have a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and require applicants to demonstrate how they are addressing equity in their work. They provide both project grants and general operating support.
